My latest experience with a female judge in Estonia was quite frustrating. The court decided that my professional activities in Estonia were too risky, based on the claim that I hadn't properly submitted the documents. When the Estonian Job Board's email server couldn't handle the large market research documents, I sent them a download link. Perhaps next time, this judge will demand notary-approved translations as well.
Court decisions should be based on principles that benefit the Estonian country and its citizens, not on technicalities. For me, that decision meant I had no reason to stay in my home country and pay taxes there, so I left again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with such situations. For example, when I wrote on my CV that I was honest and intelligent, I received a ridiculous response suggesting I should go into politics. And what does it mean to be "overqualified"? When Estonian Energy customer support staff couldn't calculate amperes to kilowatt-hours, I certainly had the right to take their post. Anyway, I no longer engage with CV people. If you want to work, the easiest way is to protest in front of a business.
I had a similar experience in Northern Ireland with Ipsos Mori. A female trainer, who couldn't even switch her laptop screen to the projector, called me incompetent. I was the first in the training group to complete all the questionnaires. Later, she avoided me, much like a "cultural integration officer" in Tartu, Estonia. I presented her with a cultural exchange project between several EU countries, which could be financed by the EU Culture2000 fund. However, she didn't speak any foreign languages and refused to fill out the application form, instead calling in sick to avoid meeting me.
Then there are the female commissioning editors from UK television channels. They can't read and lack decision-making skills. That's why we need to be cautious about sending project offers to females. Some think I should sell them! Let me remind you, it's your job to evaluate projects. If you're incompetent, you should leave the post immediately. I spend my time preparing offers, and if you can't read them, it's not my fault.
I've encountered similar situations when selling our HR software. Some prospects can't listen and interrupt with stupid questions. I usually walked out, only to receive a call later from a male company boss still interested in our software. Next time, someone from the IT department would deal with us.
Usually those females are claiming always to be very busy doing mostly stupid things. Once somebody explained to me, that they are trying to organize the chaos surrounding them.
At least in Estonia, they banned a foolish female from becoming the Minister of Defense. She had previously claimed that the war in Egypt was "sexy" and wanted to be the Estonian Defense Minister. What kind of "sexy" wars would she have started? Her party didn't support her for the post, so she accused them of sexual discrimination.
When I was accused in Belfast of "causing stress and anxiety to the BBC," I was promised a fair trial and given nearly a year to write my speech. But before the trial, my barrister told me that because of the female judge, if I read my speech, I would be sentenced to a mental institution for the rest of my life.
